Current Research Topics
- Star Formation:
First research topic is the field of star formation. Especially, I'm interested in induced star formation in molecular cloud around HII regions due to UV from OB stars. - Planet Formation:
Second topic is planet formation. Now our group engaged in development of a grism spectrograph (WFGS2; Wide Field Grism Spectrograph) in order to make surveys for T Tauri stars which are considered to be in the stage of planet formation.
