From July 16 to 18, 2026, Nagoya City University welcomed a delegation from Hallym Sacred Heart University, South Korea with which it signed an Academic Exchange Agreement in June. The delegation consisted of President Moon Young-Sik, five faculty members, and 30 students from the Departments of Nursing, Physical Therapy, Radiological Science, and Dental Hygiene.

During their stay, the students visited NCU facilities, including Emergency and Disaster Medical Center, University Hospital, and Mirai Kosei Hospital, where they learned about healthcare delivery system and the medical services provided by NCU.
One of the main objectives of the visit was to gain an understanding of NCU's Interprofessional Education (IPE) program. The students observed an IPE class and learned about NCU's approach to collaborative healthcare education.

A welcome ceremony and a closing ceremony were also held, providing many opportunities for faculty members and students from both universities to interact and deepen their mutual understandings.
