Nagoya City University ranked 4th among Japanese universities in the overall ranking of "THE University Impact Ranking 2019"
Nagoya City University was ranked 101st-200th in the world and 4th among Japanese universities in the overall ranking of "THE University Impact Ranking 2019" announced on April 3, 2019 by Times Higher Education (THE).
This is the world's first ranking that visualizes how universities work and affect society against "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" advocated by the United Nations.
This first edition includes 462 universities from 76 countries in the world were ranked in the overall ranking.
In SDGs individual ranking, Nagoya City University was ranked 15th in the world and 1st among Japanese universities in "SDG3 Good Health and Wellbeing".
Nagoya City University will continue to actively work on issues common to the international community, aiming to become a world-leading university.
