The Institute of Molecular Medicine consists of the five fields of Molecular Neurobiology, Molecular and Cellular Biology,Molecular Toxicology, Developmental and Regenerative Biology and Molecular Genetics. Since it was founded in 1988, the institute has placed an emphasis on graduate school education to develop excellent researchers. In the area of research, in addition to basic life science research, the institute has been collaborating with the clinical medicine field to clarify the molecular mechanism of diseases and develop treatment based on the research results.
