Symbol Mark / Symbol Color

NCU has three symbols - the Emblem, the Heart-Mark and the NCU Mark - which have been beloved by its students and faculty members at different times in its history. They are utilized to identify an "ever-developing NCU in which all citizens, faculty members, students, alumni and their family members feel pride and affinity."

The Emblem was established in 1950 through deliberations at a meeting of the Board of Trustees. It is used in official occasions of the university.

Heart Mark

The Heart Mark was created in 1959. It symbolizes the tradition of NCU arising from the Graduate School of Medical Sciences and the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. It is used mainly by the alumni associations of these graduate schools.

NCU Mark

The NCU Mark was created in 2000 in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of NCU. It is used for branding, to differentiate from other universities and colleges.
